Return Policy

         1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

     

    2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, log in to your account and navigate to Order History. Alternatively, contact our customer support at +91 6302572074 or via email at info@shoedenindia.com

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if the item is damaged or defective.

     

    3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will bear the cost of return shipping.

  • For returns initiated due to personal preference (e.g. wrong size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

     

    4. Inspection & Refund

  • Returned items undergo a quality check upon receipt.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original method of payment.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer within the same timeframe.


    5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted only if the item is defective, damaged, or if there is a size mismatch.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

     


    6. Return Rejections

  • Returns that fail our quality check (e.g., signs of usage or missing packaging) will be rejected, and we reserve the right to return the item to the sender—return shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.
